EMPLOYER BENEFIT
Lashon Academy believes that all employees deserve a retirement that is well planned for. All employees are eligible to participate in its Employer Sponsored 403(b) plan. Lashon will contribute to its full-time certified employees (and employees that are grandfathered into the 403B plan before 2019) a percentage of their yearly salary determined by the board yearly at the completion of the year. Any employee that does not work a full calendar year (including PD days) will not be eligible for this contribution benefits. Contributions benefits will be paid out on June 30th in a lump sum and will be calculated based on your base salary minus any bonus or stipend.
